Senior Leaders Should Serve...

Senior leaders should serve as role models through their ethical behavior and their personal involvement in planning, communications, coaching, development of future leaders, review of organizational performance, and personnel recognition. As role models, they reinforce ethics, values, and expectations while building leadership, commitment, and initiative throughout your organization.

From the Navy's Performance Excellence Guidebook (I bet you've never seen or heard of it!!)

Mike, this looks interesting, and after some trial and error I found I could get to the pub by clicking on the cover picture. I can't seem to download it in a form that can be saved, even though it is a PDF file. Is there a downloadable version?

If you click on the picture it will take you to a page where the pub is listed at the bottom of the page. Click on this link and it will open a pdf file. Then just save the pdf file. Worked fine here...

Got that far before but for some reason when I download the file I'm not getting the toolbar across the top with the "save" icon, and I'm not getting a save/open option box. Problem must be on this end, I'll have to figure it out. I just thought maybe someone had another link. Thanks.
