Captain Hagy will have his retirement ceremony on 15 August 2014 aboard USS MISSOURI adjacent to Pearl Harbor Memorial.
Captain Kershaw will retire on 21 August at a retirement ceremony held concurrently with his Navy Information Operations Command Hawaii change of command.

I believe CAPT Hagy will have served 40 years when he retires; quite an accomplishment. I worked for him as his budget officer when he was CO of then NSGA Kunia. Such a joy to work for, never asking us to do something that was questionable, a budget officer's nightmare.

CAPT Hagy is NOT at Pacific "Fleet" (PACFLT). He currently works at Pacific "Command" (PACOM) in the J2. Big difference.
