Change of Command

Today, Commander Bryan Lopez will be relieved by Commander Murry Carter as Commanding Officer, Navy Information Operations Command San Diego - the first NIOC ! Commander Carter's biography is HERE.

The ceremony will be held at Liberty Station (formerly Naval Training Center San Diego).

Captain Lopez is headed to be the Executive Officer at SPAWAR SSC-PAC.

All the best to both of you in your new assignment.
