Navy Information Operations Command, Texas
NIOC Texas executes SIGINT and Computer Network Operations at sea,
in the air and on the ground-in support of Fleet, theater and national
maritime requirements in the USSOUTHCOM and USNORTHCOM AOR.
NIOC TX is committed to the training, welfare and professionalism of our
Sailors, to supporting our families and to the honor of the United
States Navy and our country it serves.
Navy Information Operations Command Texas held a change of command recently. Captain David Bondura was relieved by Captain John A. Watkins. Captain Bondura has reported to Commander TENTH Fleet.
