Musings, leadership tidbits and quotes posted by a retired Navy Captain (really just a high performing 2nd Class Petty Officer) who hung up his uniform a bit too early. He still wears his Navy service on his sleeve. He needs to get over that. "ADVANCE WARNING - NO ORIGINAL THOUGHT!" A "self-appointed" lead EVANGELIST for the "cryptologic community". Captain Lambert,
Is it a fact that you have had a slow day and that contributed to this post? I really think that it is the responsibility of the leaders to generate positive thoughts and pass those thoughts to their juniors to create enthusiasm for whatever their job may be. Of course, I may be wrong, when the Navy now must accept perverse life styles, which in my opinion is the partial destruction of the values that were taught to Navy people years ago.
