Honest, Open and Robust Dialogue

THE KEY TO OUR FUTURE SUCCESS WILL BE HONEST, OPEN AND ROBUST DIALOGUE. I PROMISE THAT IS WHAT  YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM ME AND I EXPECT NO LESS FROM EACH OF YOU.

From Vice Admiral Michael S. Rogers', Commander, Fleet Cyber Command/TENTH Fleet "Assumption of Command" message.

And as the Flag Deck stated in the cover letter to the "Cryptologic Foundational Principles", "Tell us what we need to hear, not what we want to hear, and we ask that you make the same philosophy clear to those under your charge." May we all commit to fostering the same level of communication in a 360 degree array, as we ensure there is never an "elephant in the room" and that we are all made aware (and make others aware) when we (they) are unclothed.

I can confirm that VADM Rogers is 'walking the walk'. He is spot on with his honest, open and robust dialog. COS has extended this across the domain to the COs and OICs. People are really communicating. NO SECRETS, other than the CLASSIFIED KIND, that is.
