This is purely curiosity on my part but does anyone know why the message headers would not include C5F or the other fleet commands?
Yes, I realize the ALCOM covers them all but still, some fleets are broken out and when I was there, C5F was special. We didn't work for anybody. :)
HMS, it's called "Strategic Messaging" that addresses our rebalancing efforts. Although I have yet to see any major and/or concerted efforts from FCC/C10F to support CPF or C7F...Lip service...
"Lip service"
This is very much due to the fact that both CPF and C7F don't know what they truly need. They have spent so much effort and energy building up dialogue revolving around the fact they need assitance that they have failed to identify any details with substance.
