NIOC HAWAII SAILOR IS CNO SHORE SAILOR OF THE YEAR


140418-N-IV546-034 WASHINGTON (April 18, 2014) Cryptologic Technician 1st Class Patricia H. Madigan receives a Navy-Marine Corps commendation medal from Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mark E. Ferguson III after winning the 2013 Navy Shore Sailor of the Year (SOY) competition at the Pentagon. The Navy Shore SOY program was established in 1972 to recognize Sailors who represent the best of the Navy by demonstrating both professional and personal dedication above and beyond their peers.
