This coming from the guy who's marching lock-step with the Obama Administration on proposing the smallest pay raise (1.4 pct) for HIS servicemen since the 1973.
Even Congress thinks that's a silly proposal.

The Navy, and the Military, has become, or is in the process of becoming something other than what I knew and expected back in 1954. The world opinion of what a warrior should be, or maybe it is the opinion of our present politicians (which includes all the three branches of government) and their minions who prescribe to their superiors wishes as if they were their own, which by the way appear to be opinions that have reversed completely from when they were minions of a previous administration. I am not even going to point out the reversals we all should be aware of what those are, these individuals whether they be Military or super civilian should take a long walk off a short pier with a back pack full of cement.
