Very good point, unfortunately there is a large percentage of folks that are unaware of which group they might belong to. Leadership basics should be a required subject in the public schools because nearly everyone could gain from this exposure. Dominance seems to take precedence in the civilian world in many cases, not in business, but in the general social order.
