• Strong and Secure Navy Command and Control;
• Persistent, Predictive Battlespace Awareness;
• Integrated Combat Information;
• Integrated Kinetic and Non-kinetic Fires;
• Information Dominance as a Warfighting Discipline.

Will be interesting to see what organizational China is broken as part of an anticipated Fleet Cyber Command / Tenth Fleet (re)alignment to support / assure success of the ID strategy.

All rumors about it are just that -- nothing is final.

Cyber C2 Organizational Alignment Analysis.

Several COAs presented. Current word is Navy Cyber Forces becomes the Information Dominance TYCOM. ADCON and OPCON assignments in the discussion. Decision at senior Flag level. Nothing is final.

...and no more talk of IW?? IWC? I view with concern the discussions of EMMWC outside the context of the IWC.
