Complacency in cryptology and intelligence

Loss of focus is the issue.
Lost, taken or given away -- focus has been gone for a few years.
Can I get an (enormous) AMEN on the loss of focus.

I'd take it a step further and acknowledge complacency is the biggest enemy of any business and life in general.
