Why would you possibly let just 1 of them stand in the way of your success?
Musings, leadership tidbits and quotes posted by a retired Navy Captain (really just a high performing 2nd Class Petty Officer) who hung up his uniform a bit too early. He still wears his Navy service on his sleeve. He needs to get over that. "ADVANCE WARNING - NO ORIGINAL THOUGHT!" A "self-appointed" lead EVANGELIST for the "cryptologic community". Keeping CRYPTOLOGY alive-one day and Sailor at a time. 2015 is 80th Anniversary of the Naval Security Group.

Well, if that one person was CAPT Holly Graf, that may not be so easy, at least in my experience.
Boss, I show 2012 projected AD endstrength (prior to any new cuts) at just over 325,700. Can you clarify - are you talking civilians, reservists, support facilities...

My bigger point was there is lots of maneuvering room and one person should not stand in the way of another's success.
Captain Lambert,
You only wrote two sentences and some folks could not understand that. That might just be the one standing in the way of success and possibly understanding.
Very Respectfully,
