You have no idea how much some of us loath mail.

You skipped back to the earlier format of a few numbers. You know how easy it is to limit participation. Just go back to the counting to 20,000 by prime numbers and I'll vanish again. Math doesn't bother me or irritate me. It's the inclination that the slope is too steep.

I don't climb slopes anymore. Have not ever since I climbed the mountain. Been there, done that.

You remain obtuse.

Growth stops when one stops finding slopes to climb - but keep telling yourself you are at the zenith.

I use an ipad on the road and learned to touch type on keyboards in the 70's. Entering 213 numbers in order to prove I am not a robot went way beyond irritating long ago. Having actual cyber warriors who cannot figure out anti-spam does not require this LOE; pisses me off.

Honestly when you make ridiculous and stupid bunny hops part of the engagement process, you encourage the stupid.

Dear anions, if you like, you can see how it can be done without all the pointless drama.

For the last anon, I am right now in the Rocky Mountains. Just what moron gave you the idea that you only grow by climbing? Seriously, I'm curious. Did you find some kind of rich navy enlightenment up their at the peak? Did you never delve into the data? Did you never research an area "in depth?"

It's marginally possible that others used to enjoy the "View From The Peak" back when a man by that name ran the alta vista search home page on SIPR.

Lol. Huh??

Understand the point that anon@8:46am was making; however, don't understand the response at all.

We do in fact grow through struggle, trying the unknown, or challenging ourselves (e.g. the slope) in most cases.

Stating that you don't climb slopes any longer implies that you no longer wish to grow beyond who you currently are, e.g. ignorant and obtuse.

So it appears that none of you finds any value in delving into the data or swimming upstream? All of you are devoted to mountain climbing... Well, that explains so much. How many mountains has the navy climbed over the last 200 years?

People like you become wedded to metaphors and tropes. People like me want you to grow by providing meaningful input to the process of 21st century warfare but if all of you are out their summiting for your own personal growth needs what value does the fleet gain from your journey to the top?

Sorry Mike,

Looks like I am done commenting here. I hope that you never thought it was meant in any way as mean spirited or mindless criticism.
