That XO can't be within BCA standards.

He is at 18%. Big neck. No worries. We lost an XO to BF so we monitor closely.

LCDR Davis was acting. LCDR Schulz is now permanent XO.

Looks like new XO needs to get the web page updated.... I bet it is changed in 2 weeks

Frankly, the comments here are why I largely came to despise the navy I really once admired. Look at all the stuff on the middle guys chest. It's everything you would expect of a hard charging, fearless, 'go-gettum' kind of man and the only thing some people notice is that he must be too fat to do the job properly.

I like people who focus on the essential things. God knows there's not many left in the USN. You keep an eye on him, just in case.

Thank you, Anonymous at 12:16 PM. The Navy BCA standards are skewed toward a particular body type. It's apparently working, as now people are looking at photos (or at least one person is) and deciding who's fit and who's not.

Never mind that a large-boned Sailor who's dedicated hours each week to a good workout routine can run circles around a lanky Sailor who smokes and doesn't head to the gym until the PFA is four weeks away.

That is out of date. We have a better XO now.
