Silence of my Shipmates
"What has hurt the most are not the actions of my seniors but the silence of my Shipmates in the face of those actions."
I have it on very good authority that the lack of moral courage among the people you thought you could count on is crushing and can indeed change your entire view on fellow mankind. The proper word for people like that is Cowards!
