Set the example
"Setting an example is not the main means of influencing others, it is the only means."
I never considered myself to be even close to the intellect of Albert Einstein, but this quote of his is very much the way I have always tried to conduct myself, a lot of Sailors have contacted me over the years and have made me think that I at least tried to follow those thoughts of Albert Einstein, even thought I was unaware of his quote, it was the thing to do and adhere to, there is nothing to compare to the influencing of individuals that exceeds being a good example.
