  1. CNO Guidance for 2011 recognizes progress last year, and focus areas and intentions, which include establishment and growth of FCC/10FLT.

    POM-12 is nearly over.

Navy Staff development of POM-13 is underway. Per the WARNORD, authoritative priorities guidance is provided in the Navy Strategic Plan for POM-13 (NSP-13). The prioritized strategic imperatives are based on CS-21: http://www.navy.mil/maritime/.

Need a scorecard to link and track the moving pieces.

  3. It really says:

    "Navy Priorities

    * Balanced Navy Program that wins our Nation's wars and deters future conflicts Shipbuilding and Aviation Plans"

Should there be a comma after 'conflicts' or just an 'and'?

I suspected that there was an active effort to interfere with warship deliveries and aircraft deliveries to the fleet.
