I see this happening in the civilian sector, too. But I think this phenomenon is just the "nature of the beast," and perhaps a morally neutral development (well, for the most part, anyway).<br /><br />So is this necessarily a bad thing? Well, if it leads the leadership to be unable to "think outside the bun," sure it is. But if that isn't really a significant issue (and I will leave it to others to comments on that), why fix what ain't broke?
