One of the many things
that drew us to the Cryptologic Community is the sense of belonging to a group that
had unique and highly sought after skills.
Today, we continue to honor Captain Joseph Rochefort and his celebration
of the fact that “we can accomplish
anything provided no one cares who gets the credit.”
In
an effort to share expectations across the community, the following general responsibilities
are recognized:
The Community Leader is
committed to the following...
• Pushing regular updates directly to all
interested community members (i.e. record
message, blog, RSS subscriptions, social networking, etc.)
• Biannual updates to Community Vision and
Strategic Plan
• Creating opportunities to engage and celebrate
traditions as a community
• Championing cryptologic contributions and
capabilities to other warfighters
• Delegating and empowering as much as possible

Thanks for the softcopy. I have only ever seen this hanging up in the Navy Cryptologic Office (NCO) at the Fort.
Have not seen this in the Fleet. Our CRC hasn't said a word about it. Anyone else in the fleet seen this?

Since Mr. Rapin signed it, I am sure glad you found it in the NCO. Hope it is being discussed there, as well. It's called the Navy Cryptologic Office for a reason!! Cryptology is far from being dead.
This document is discussed as part of IWBC and each new IWO has received a copy since the day it was signed.
Gary - I have a few bound copies remaining. Stop by my cubicle and I will give you one. You will note the fathead of the cover adorning a wall in our spaces.
I find it interesting, but not surprising, the signature page doesn't include at least one Master Chief or Senior Chief Cryptologic Technicians name and signature.
Will do. Thanks
2+ years on and I not aware of the first three items occurring.
