Great timing!

IWBC had a VTC with the Admiral yesterday and had an honest conversation for 60 minutes. He stressed the following:

- Professional speak their minds
- IW Core skills are
- Electromagnetic Spectrum, Networks and Signals
- Leadership is the coin of the realm
- Operational Proficiency
IWs need to shape a commander’s thinking
IWs need to understand Joint Operations Technical Competence
- Family is #1
- Build relationship, starting with your classmates.
