Musings, leadership tidbits and quotes posted by a retired Navy Captain (really just a high performing 2nd Class Petty Officer) who hung up his uniform a bit too early. He still wears his Navy service on his sleeve. He needs to get over that. "ADVANCE WARNING - NO ORIGINAL THOUGHT!" A "self-appointed" lead EVANGELIST for the "cryptologic community". Climb, Conserve, Confess (C3 that matters)
A good Rumsfeld rule for times when you are in trouble. Look it up.
Sometimes the immature or criminal actions of a single person affects an entire organization or group, Chiefs Mess or Wardroom. Is it fair to ensnare the whole for one person's mistake or bad decision? Oftentimes, to not accept responsibility in preventing "x" situation from occurring means to not roll with the tide of political correctness, PCness wherein everyone is responsible for what happened on some level. Curious CAPT, are you referring to any AOR or incident in particular?
