Musings, leadership tidbits and quotes posted by a retired Navy Captain (really just a high performing 2nd Class Petty Officer) who hung up his uniform a bit too early. He still wears his Navy service on his sleeve. He needs to get over that. "ADVANCE WARNING - NO ORIGINAL THOUGHT!" A "self-appointed" lead EVANGELIST for the "cryptologic community". Keeping CRYPTOLOGY alive-one day and Sailor at a time. 2015 is 80th Anniversary of the Naval Security Group.
By the way, I am a three time winner of Jeff Bacon's caption contests.
I think we share a common sense of humor.

Captain Lambert,
I have little to achieve these days with the exception of trying to present to my Grand Children and Great Grand Children some of the leadership principles that you have presented on your blog “I LIKE THE CUT OF HIS JIB”, but a couple of your recent posts “This Has Always Worked For Me” and “You know, I thought that I knew the guy who wrote this book” are not examples of the leadership traits that you have always presented in your past posts. I am just a wee bit disappointed in these posts that you have allowed to be presented in your name.

My apologies for the poorly veiled attempts at humor. I guess I was off the mark on this.
