Musings, leadership tidbits and quotes posted by a retired Navy Captain (really just a high performing 2nd Class Petty Officer) who hung up his uniform a bit too early. He still wears his Navy service on his sleeve. He needs to get over that. "ADVANCE WARNING - NO ORIGINAL THOUGHT!" A "self-appointed" lead EVANGELIST for the "cryptologic community". For 2012: Write Or Do Something Worth Writing About
If you would not be forgotten as soon as you are dead, either write things worth reading or do things worth the writing.
Poor Richard put many words in print, most of which will last many centuries, the words of many of his statements have been altered to fit modern English, but the meaning is still the same.
The Destroyer Captain's words are kind to the old Sailors ears, and I trust they may last as long as Poor Richard’s.
