Admiral John Harvey asks...


Who is responsible for what?
Who is accountable to whom?
Who owns it?
Who is the single, accountable Flag Officer?

My experience, over my career is that if you put one person in charge, give that person the appropriate authority, make that person accountable for the results and that is what you get -- RESULTS.

This is genuine leadership training and should be watched by every wardroom in the Navy.

    ENS, a good number of people who didn't know UBL "couldn't stand" him either...it just doesn't seem like a decent yardstick, only a cute saying...from Lady Gaga.
