ReplyDeletePOM-12 is nearly over.
Navy Staff development of POM-13 is underway. Per the WARNORD, authoritative priorities guidance is provided in the Navy Strategic Plan for POM-13 (NSP-13). The prioritized strategic imperatives are based on CS-21: http://www.navy.mil/maritime/.
Need a scorecard to link and track the moving pieces.
Does anyone have the completed POM-12 powerpoint from OPNAV?
