Hello Captain sir: This is really cool. In my CAP squadron we've been going all out in the whole leadership thing for the past couple of weeks, so seeing the exact same thing from somebody else really brings a sense of how important good leadership is. I'm most likely gonna get another promo soon, which also means I'll have more responsibility and more opportunities for me to exercise good leadership. Thanks a bundle, Cat
